how can we not make members leave like sting drakan and sadly menzu... why do members leave like this???? can sum1 help ttu not make members leave?

i know that but how do we make members not want to leave and make them fit in TTU like drakan said he felt he doesnt fit in

people come and leave, its sad but it happens in every clan 'they stay, if the clan becomes a part of their life...' i think ttu belongs to my life in some way... at least in this state of my life
