And isnt it a little unlogical to put 0.3 for 3 month? then 1.0 would be 10 month?! But 1.0 should actually be a complete year so that 3 month would be 2,45, but that would lead to misunderstandings --> so id say people just say 3 month instead of some 0.X number no1 understands...
